OBJECTIVE:
Design a video conferencing system to meet the needs of a modular conference room. The conference room has the ability to seat forty individuals, but on average seats fewer than ten.
Primary Issues to Resolve
Video - The presenter and participants need to be seen by remote viewers.
SOLUTION - Provide two PTZ cameras, located at the front and back of the room. The cameras have position presets based on potential room configurations. The cameras also have manual positioning as needed. Cameras views can be selected through such application as ZOOM.
Audio - Participants need to be heard by remote viewers. Fixed ceiling mics or wired tabletop mics were not an option based on room configurations.
SOLUTION - Provide an all-in-one microphone and speaker bar. The bar uses Mist Technology designed by Nureva to fill the room with virtual microphones to hear everyone in the room.
Remote Viewer Input - Participants in the room need to hear remote viewers.
SOLUTION - The all-in-one sound bar is designed and equalized specifically for voice. The bar features full-duplex transmission, acoustic echo cancellation, and built-in sound masking for a clean sound on both sides of the conversation.
Just one example of how VCT can work for you.
