Automated Attendant
Greet callers with up to 9 user configurable self recorded messages to offer touch tone choices and connect callers to the appropriate extensions. It's like having your own receptionist.
Voicemail
Includes a fully featured voicemail system with 22 voice mailboxes and 25 minutes of voicemail memory. Built-in voicemail saves you from having to purchase an answering machine or phone company voicemail.
TalkSwitch can be upgraded with an additional one half hour, 1 hour, 2 hours or 4½ hours of voicemail memory using the TalkSwitch memory cards. Now you can have extra time for Voicemail, Announcements, and Auto Attendants.
Flash Upgradeable
Update TalkSwitch's feature set via the internet. Allows you to keep TalkSwitch up to date with latest enhancements.

Call Back / Bridge     Call Cascade     Call Forwarding
TalkSwitch's Call Back / Call Bridge features gives you access to your office-based long distance savings plan from anywhere around the world. Let's your long distance savings plan travel with you.   TalkSwitch can perform a series of actions based on a Local, Remote, or Ring Group Extension being Busy, Not Answered, Screened, or has Do Not Disturb engaged. With Call Cascade, TalkSwitch can make several attempts to locate you before sending the caller to voicemail.   Allows you to have calls forwarded, either manually or automatically, to any local or remote extension, to a ring group, or voice mailbox. TalkSwitch pro-actively keeps you in contact with your clients. This reduces telephone/voicemail tag.
         
 Call Hold, Transfer     Intercom     Call Park
Hold calls from any extension with music or advertising-on-hold. Transfer calls to local or remote extensions, ring groups, or voicemail. TalkSwitch provides seamless professional management of incoming calls and connects your office to your cell phone.   Place intercom calls from any local extension to any other local or remote extension. Pick up calls from extensions other than your own. TalkSwitch provides seamless professional management of incoming calls and connects your office to your cell phone.   Use in conjunction with the PA to locate appropriate employee(s) in all areas of the office. Retrieve parked calls from any Local Extension.
         
 Call Queue     Call Screen     Mode Scheduling
Provides the caller with an option to leave a message, remain on hold, or return to the Auto Attendant, should your extension be temporarily unavailable. Allows employees to manage multiple inbound calls.   Records a caller's name, then plays it back to the recipient who can either accept or redirect the call. Helps you better manage your time by allowing you to screen for important clients.   Handle incoming calls according to configurations that are based on time-of-day and day-of-week Mode Scheduling. TalkSwitch can professionally handle calls both during and after regular business hours. It is there for you 24 hours a day!
         
Music On Hold     Remote Extensions     Analog Extensions
Play music or announcements while your clients are on hold, queued or being transferred. You control what your clients hear - radio, CD's, even custom messages created by you.   With TalkSwitch's Remote Extensions, calls can be forwarded by the Auto Attendant or transferred by someone in your office simply by dialing the Remote Extension number. Get your calls anywhere in the world - without your clients being aware that you are out of the office.   Our systems work with your existing phones, fax, modems and answering machines. By using existing equipment you can save money by not having to purchase proprietary equipment.

TalkSwitch can handle Distinctive Ring calls in a different manner than the main number. TalkSwitch can save you money by using the Distinctive Ring service instead of adding additional lines to handle different types of inbound calls.
